I just had to change the basket as the first one was annoying me and it was crooked. Now the piece lays flat.
It turned white ...

It hasn't melt away. Even better, it hasn't stopped snowing since last 2 weeks. Almost every day, we receive a little dusting ... or two inches! It was the shortest Autumn ever! Darn!!
Happy sewing. ;^)

I agree, it certainly was a short autumn! We too have snow that just won't go away, that and the oak trees still have their leaves. Such a strange year. Slow is good when you're making blocks as complex as these! Looking good!
Forward is always good, no matter the speed! (And come to think of it, slow is better than fast - at least you have time to think!)
We got some snow last week, some of which is still hanging on. It's raining today, though, so it'll probably all turn to ice before the weekend is over...
your block is just lovely... it's worth fixing up if it is worrying you.... gosh a lot of snow so early.... our spring was short too and its already quite hot...

Oh ton bloc est super beau !!
Et la neige... je me rappelle l'an dernier, tu désespérais car elle n'arrivait pas ! Là c'est chose faite ! Un Noël blanc en perspective...
Gros bisous Chantal !
I'm always happy with slow progress - no reason to hurry life along, right?! :) Your block is beautiful. I think it was worth it to fix that basket if it makes you happier with it!
slow is more than okay. Bloglovin has not been posting me your blog do you know why that would be?
Love the block and the pretty snow photo.
Some weeks it seems like we get a lot done, others practically nothing. I tell (kid) myself it's because I've been thinking!
